Ms. O'Neill could be counted on not only to provide expert business advice, but to resolve difficult business situations. One of Ms. O'Neill's most notable contributions included managing a very demanding & important customer in the semiconductor industry. This customer had gone through some difficult contract and project scope negotiations with our firm, and his relationship with us had reached a crisis point. A mission critical software integration project was a stake along with the reputation of our firm.
Ms. O'Neill became involved in this semiconductor industry project at a very tense stage. Her first task was to quickly learn the important components of the project and situation. Next, she sorted through the concerns and misunderstandings and then managed the customer through the various stages of the work. This involved reassuring the various parties while she developed a plan for resolution. She monitored progress and resolved various execution issues before they became impediments to progress. Through her efforts, she achieved a high level of satisfaction for all parties involved that culminated with the successful completion of this project. Her ability to learn technical and business details of the project very quickly, understand and mitigate the interpersonal dynamics, and provide a logical plan of execution were essential to making this project a success. It has been a pleasure working with her on this and numerous other projects.
