However, the framework under which we provide these solutions is the same for all clients and consists of the following stages:

Stage 1

Information Gathering

The first stage in the consulting process consists primarily of information gathering to accurately identify the desired goals, the problems interfering with achievement of the goals, and the strengths of the team and operational processes to utilize in crafting a new execution plan. This stage may include staff interviews, group brainstorming sessions, corporate documentation review, observation of or participation in operational activities, and industry research.

Stage 2

Analysis & Planning

The second stage in the consulting process is to analyze the information gathered and work with Management and key staff to prepare a solid execution plan to turn around the company’s projects or operations. The involvement of appropriate staff is critical at this stage, because the core team must buy into and champion the plan in order for its execution to be successful.

Stage 3

Execution & Monitoring

The third stage is execution and monitoring of the plan. Soverex consultants will drive execution of the plan and monitor progress closely to ensure milestones are being met and problems are addressed immediately as they arise.

Stage 4

Exit Strategy / Training

Finally, Soverex consultants will appropriately train internal staff members on any new processes, tools, or ideas to help them maintain and grow the positive effects of this effort.
